Procedure for Conducting a Cast Study of the Domain CHP Project in Austin, Texas

This article describes a packaged cooling, heating and power (CHP)
system for a buildings project in Austin, Texas operated by Austin
Energy, the municipal utility. The article develops measures to report
system efficiency and also identi fies the research agenda to evaluate the
CHP project’s performance.
