Dr. Cooper has also guided Dynalytics' successful efforts to es-
tablish several international joint ventures, participating in them as
an equity owner and as managing partner . The experiences of nego-
tiating with senior staff of major trans-national companies and high-
level government officials of foreign countries have provided him with
keen insight into recognizing opportunities and overcoming chal-
lenges in the multi-cultural global arena.
