Paul Cunningham , P.E. President, Till' Altlls Cvoup

Paul Cunningham, P.E., has more than 30 yea rs ' experience as a consu lting engine er and ut ility exec utive . He ha s performed mor e th em 100 stud ies of engineering, fina ncia l, man ageri al and poli tical feasibili ty for a variety of projects.

In the area of planning and organizi ng , he developed stud ies to es tab lish a un iqu e joint electrica l utility for fou r cities with a lO-ye ar capita l impro vemen t plan of 51.7 billion, including a -l00 MW lignite gener,1ting plant, participation in a nuclear plant, and related transm ission facilities.

Mr. Cunningham supe rvised financing totaling 560 million and pre liminar y work on an oth er 5150 million while coordinating with ra ting services, bankers and others in the fina ncia l community. He is a Registered Profe ssio nal Engineer in Texa s, Colorado and Lou isiana.
