HYBRID FORMULATIONS FOR 3D MAGNETOSTATIC AND EDDY CURRENT PROBLEMS

Abstract

Hybrid formulations for solving nonlinear 3D magnetostatic and eddy current problems in terms of magnetic field H are presented. In the pro- posed formulations integral operators are utilized as if the boundary conditions for a partial differential equation were solved within the system of equations. A good correspondence between the results of the presented methods and measurements or other methods is obtained for some test problems.
