Abstract

In this report, Mr. Audin shares with readers some of his
favorite websites. He cautions that these web sites have been selected
primarily for their coverage of deregulation issues, and are only part of the
information ava ilable on energy and the environment. A further precau-
ti onar y not e: the list was compiled 9/23/97 and since changes occur often
in website s, the r eader must recognize that some of the ones shown ma y no
