The aims of this journal is to publish standardized as well as related work making "standards" accessible to a wide public - from practitioners to new comers. The journal aims at publishing in-depth as well as overview work including papers discussing standardization process and those helping new comers to understand how standards work.
Proposals for special issues should be sent to specialissues@riverpublishers.com along with a rationale for how the topic fits with the scope of the Journal. Proposals with guest editors who have not previously published in the Journal will most likely be unsuccessful. Proposals sent directly to the editors of the Journal will be immediately rejected.
