This is a fully Open Access journal. Authors are charged an Article Processing Charge (please see Journal Charges for details) after their article is submitted and reviewed, and if it is accepted. All Open Access articles are published and distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).  This allows users to freely share, copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon material, provided they reference the original article, provide a link to the licence and do not use it for commercial purposes.

Archiving Information
Authors are permitted to deposit published versions of their work in an institutional or other repository of their choice.

Digital copies of all published issues are archived through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) platform.
